What would you do if your car somehow turned into a girl? How about your cellular phone? Toaster? Eraser? Game console? Kenji Asakawa is almost ready to start college, but fate throws him an unwelcome curve ball by bringing all five into his life.

Ignition is an anime comedy with a twist; Kenji used to be a typical anime protagonist, until his dream girl, obtained through astounding effort in high school, betrayed him a few weeks before graduation. The new Kenji is bitter, sarcastic, and for the moment doesn't want anything to do women - which makes the presence of those five girls, plus his high school aged younger sister Kimiko and future college classmate Mimi all the more irritating.

Episode 1: Car Troubles: Kenji got an amazing deal on a used car that's practically brand new, but he turns out to get a lot more than he bargained for in the form of Civiko.
Episode 2: Three's A Crowd: As if having Civiko around wasn't enough of a problem for Kenji, his cell phone is accidentally transformed as well, and thus Nokia-chan joins the party. All this on a day when he has to work, and has to be able to take an important call on his cell phone.
Episode 3: The Madman's Race - Express Your True Feelings On The Road: As though having his older brother Kyosuke, the black sheep of the family, show up wasn't bad enough, Kenji finds that Civiko gets stolen -- to be used in a dangerous street race!
Episode 4: The Distant Finish Line - Two Racing Hearts As One: Even if he is the younger of "Madman Kyosuke," Kenji is more than a little worried about having been pulled into a race against the infamous Takashi the Demon, but if he and Civiko work together they might just be able to win.
Episode 5: Paperwork Panic! Enter the Eraser: Kenji gets sent to an office downtown to do some paperwork for the store, and things get weird.
Episode 6: The Shopping Trip Ended and the Game Began: A trip to buy new clothes for the girls gets a bit weird, and the free dresser they find on the side of the road gets weirder.
Episode 7: Beachside Ghost Story: Kenji finally relents and takes up Mimi's offer to go to the beach, but things get a bit spooky that evening...
Episode 8: An Angel Without Wings: Ayako has only one thought on her mind: vengeance. And with that we meet a mysterious new woman named Angel.
Episode 9: What She Learned In the Place Between Winning and Losing: It's a race between Civiko and Angel!
Episode 10: What Do You Want To Be?: Ayako's newest creation, Chastity has been sent to make trouble, but Kenji may find more cause for concern in the fact that Civiko's steering wheel has come off of her head.
Episode 11: ReVengeance, Live From The Sold Out Sakurai Event Center!!!: The time has come for the showdown between Chastity and Dreamy -- Live on Pay-Per-View!
Episode 12: She Fights For Me, But I Fight My Memories: When Panther II lets slip who is supposed to benefit from her actions, Kenji finds himself forced to confront his past and put on a path that leads him to only one place: Sakurai High.
Episode 13: If It Breaks...: Ayako's found the means to deal with Kenji permanently... But can she really hold onto that malice after confronting her own past? This is the final episode of Ignition, and not to be missed!
